SUMMARY:Harvest Celebration and "Bring and Share" Lunch
DESCRIPTION:INVITATION to everyone to celebrate the HARVEST on Sunday 6th October 2024 at 11am not 10am as advertised in the Benefice Circular \nThere will be a service in church to celebrate the Harvest at 11am on Sunday 6th October followed by a “brinq and share lunch” at 12 noon in the village hall. Please feel free to bring whatever you would like to share at table. If you are unable to make the church service\, please do come to the lunch to enjoy good food and a catch up with friends and neighbours. Food can be left in the village hall between 9.30am and 10.30am on the Sunday or you can bring it in time for lunch at 12 noon. \nIf you would like to help decorate the church with flowers/produce\, then please come along on Saturday 5th October between 10.30am and 12.30pm. If that time is not convenient then please leave goods in church on the Friday. \nAs in previous years we would very much appreciate donations of non-perishable food which will be given to the Salvation Army. E.g. tins of soup\, meat\, fruit\, custard\, rice pudding\, pasta\, cereals\, tea\, coffee\, biscuits\, sugar\, jam\, Items can be left in church between 9am and 4pm\, Thurs\, Fri\, Sat or can be brought to service on the Sunday.
