Flaxton Community Hall Planning Application
The Planning Application for the New Flaxton Community Hall was submitted by Mark Newby on 1st October 2025. The application was validated by the Planning Authority and the application form and the fifteen other documents required were finally loaded to the Planning Portal by North Yorkshire Council on 1st December 2025.
Mark has kindly produced many of the documents through his company, Yew Tree Associates, and coordinated the production of others using specialist consultancies.
Chris Hearn, an architect in the village, has produced all the designs and plans for the New Hall assisted by one of his daughters who produced the visualisations.
All have given their expertise and time free of charge and helped to accelerate this very important project for the village.
