Annual Parish Meeting – Thursday. 21st May 2026

The Annual Parish Meeting will take place on Thursday, 21st May 2026 in Flaxton Village Hall at 6:30 pm.

This meeting will be followed by the annual meeting of Flaxton Parish Council at 07:30 p.m. and then the May meeting of the council.

Notes:

All Parish and Town Councils throughout England are required by law to hold an Annual Parish Meeting, which must take place between 1st March and 1st June.

The purpose of the meeting is for the Parish Council to explain what it has been doing over the last year and enables electors to have their say on anything they consider to be of importance to the people of the Parish.

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of the local government electors of the Parish. It is NOT a Meeting of the Parish Council. Anyone may attend but only registered electors of Flaxton Parish may vote.
