Ryedale District Council are hosting a free event on 29 November as part of National Tree Week.
The event consists of bringing together experts from the Woodland Trust, the Howardian Hills AONB, The Forestry Commission and the Ryevitalise Programme from the North York Moors National Park to talk about the tree planting support and funding opportunities which are in the area.
The event is in the Milton Rooms, Malton from 11am to 12:30pm.
