** IMPORTANT ** Malton & Norton Waste Recycling Centre – Registration Information

Since 27th April 2026 North Yorkshire Residents need to pre-register to use the Malton and Norton Waste Recycling Centre on Showfields Lane. Unregistered vehicles are likely to be refused entry.

The registration process is relatively simple requiring your name, address, contact email and the registrations of the vehicle(s) that will be used to transport waste to the site. Up to two vehicles can be registered per household.

The registration will be valid for three years. You can change your vehicle details as necessary.

There are some limitations regarding the use of vans and trailers.
