Village Litter Pick – Saturday Morning – 27th September 2025
The Weather Forecast Looks Good!
Last weekend’s poor weather caused us to postpone the planned morning litter pick until this weekend, Saturday, 27th September, 2025 at 09:15 am, start at The Blacksmiths.
North Yorkshire Council has kindly loaned us some litter picking gadgets, bags, bag hoops and high visibility waist coats. They will also arrange for collection and disposal of the collection bags.
If you have already volunteered we will be in touch again with final arrangements.

We need to know who will be attending in advance to comply with Flaxton Parish Council’s Risk Assessment Process which will then ensure that all volunteers are covered by our Insurance Policy.
